I do believe in trying new things now and then, but sometimes we're better off just staying with what we know.:laughing:
Well now wait, I did try it because it was one of the methods advised here. I got the water to just boiling and then turned off the burner and covered the pan with a lid. Waited about 20 minutes and we had great Easter eggs and very easy to peel. The advantage I see to turning it off is there is no way you can over do it just like with vegetables. I don't think it really mattered and if in a hurry, go the 10 minute route for sure.
