How do you pour milk from the new square jugs?

I've heard of them doing this in parts of Brasil too. Can't imagine it being very effective, as one would just need to throw a heavy blanket over it to scale the wall. If one wanted over, it wouldn't be much more difficult than without the glass pieces.

Same goes for barbwire, chains and locks especially if the bad guy is carrying bolt cutters!

They also do it a lot in Argentina.

I haven't seen these jugs, but it looks to me like I would put my bowl or glass next to the sink and hold most of the jug over the sink and the spout over the glass or bowl. That's what I do with the plastic 1/2 gallon jugs. Works OK.

Prefer not to use the "new"jugs, but think they pour the same. Never had any spill problems.

The milk gods must have been reading this thread because the old square "milk spilling" jugs have been replaced by a similar jug with a rounded and shaped edge. No more spilled milk. This area is a test market for lots of products so maybe this jug is just for us and maybe going nationwide.



Here's the new jug and I got it at Costco.
Problem solved. Looking for Oreos soon.
