Among other things....remove seats, F&R fenders, coolant reservoir, center console, disconnect battery, disconnect electrical items like fuse holders and grounds, disconnect steering pump, unplug a bunch of electrical connectors, disconnect heater hoses from core, remove bottom engine cover, remove cab bolts, remove doors, put strap through cab and lift with hoist.

The manual walks you through exactly how to do it. Was very helpful. Why are you pulling the cab? I had to pull mine to determine which hydraulic hose was leaking and have access to replace it.
