Tool cat 5600

Hey there hoping to get some insight my tool at 5600 has a intermittent drive problem all the hydraulics work but it will only drive 10% of the time and when it does drive it's very jerky and comes to complete stop while still while still on the gas pedal
Anyone else have issues like this?

Two places to look would be the arm rest safety switch or the F-N-R switch. Both of those put the machine into park and activate the brakes.
