wow thats an awesome deal. I have a guy who does a lot of haying looking for his puller, but he cant find it and its driving him crazy. so i may have to do the autozone route. thank you all that was great info.

O'Reilleys does the same thing. You basically pay a deposit of the full price of the tool and get it back when you return it. In fact, I did just that to get use of a very nice combo 2/3 arm puller set to work on the steering gear of my Kubota L210. I told the guys at O'Reilley's up front that I was working on a tractor and wasn't going to be buying parts for it from them! They didn't care, and because of that they've gotten a fair amount of business from me where I did buy stuff from them.
