Well, my TC18 is at 265 hours over about 6 months, in 4WD all the time, going through deep mud a pretty good amount of it, often with a full loader, and I built that moster 6' wide root rake for the bucket which puts one heck of a strain on it when I'm digging -- I've lifted the loaded rear wheels off the ground many times, even with the box blade and additional weight on it -- I think some of my bucket pins are worn already -- never had the loader off. I guess I really ought to check my wheel bolts Real Soon Now...they've never been checked, unless the dealer did it at the 50 hour service. Obviously, no problems yet.
How many Class 1 owners had their wheels fall off?

I did not lose a wheel, but I did lose one wheel bolt and several others were loose. That was last year. I think that some of the problem is over torque. My reasoning is this. When I first got the TC18 I forgot to have my dealer dish the tires out. I did it myself and not reading the owners manual I just tightened everything the way I always do, tight plus two turns. My manual calls for 52-60 ft-lbs. for the rear. After I lost the one I started checking the others and while trying to put 60 ft-lbs on one I twisted it into. So by over tightening the first time I weakened the bolt. I don't have a loader.

You're the first one I've heard of with an "old" (before TC24 came out) Class 1 boomer to have the wheel problem.
Anybody else?
Maybe I should put a ratcheting torque wrench on my X-mas list. I'm getting sick of having to look at my beam style one.
