Not necessarily. But, to prevent an injustice ... I might. After all, isn't a jury supposed to be comprised of ones peers? if a jury is seated with a bunch of sheep that will enforce any law the judge says they must - then where is any check/balance for citizens to stop oppression? No - I'm not saying every law necessitates a jury of malcontents to stand up to big brother. I am saying - there is a time and a place for courageous citizens to do their duty and tell the judge and the law to go pound sand.
This is really not rocket science. If you think I'm taking an extreme stand, I suggest you go back and study a little of our history.
