How Many Hours on Your Kioti?

2006 DK45SC with about 980 hrs, used for a mix of horse maintenance duties, snowblowing, mowing and trail creation/maintenance.
The first summer I had it a 3PH lower lift arm came off while mowing a brushy field, leading to some excitement and moderate damage (repairs/replacement under warranty); important to replace the bale pins on the lift arms with bolts!! A couple of years in, I had shift forks/sychros replaced under warranty. A couple of years ago, the drawbar disappeared; I suspect the retaining pins fell out after brush extracted the hairpins. This past summer I broke both bevel gear cases, one in July and the other in October, working on trails in the woods...a total of 9 weeks of tractor downtime! Note that having cab lights project above the cab is not good if you mow around trees or work back in the woods. Finally, there is some sort of problem with the internal 3PH clutch; I can jamb the woodchipper without shearing the pin or stalling the tractor (the rpms drop a lot, but the engine keeps going)...this one could be more expensive even than the bevel gear cases, so I'm putting off further investigation as long as possible!
I have no reason to think any other brand could have guaranteed fewer issues, given how I use my tractor.

2013 DK 40 SE shuttle with 158 hrs, Purchased August 13 and has been trouble free. Used for field mowing, Backhoe work, Rototilling gardens, Moving material with the FEL and home logging with the Titan 60" pallet forks which is a wonderful implement btw.

During this winter's downtime it will receive a full maintenance including tightening every nut and bolt and fuel, Water and electrical inspection. Installing a second remote valve for the Fit rite top n tilt kit purchased last summer and repairing the FEL bucket by replacing the bent cutting edge from using clamp on pallet forks.

If time allows I would like to fabricate a steel canopy, The plastic one works but would prefer something a bit more durable. It would include overhead storage, A radio and lighting.

128hrs. 2013 CK35hst tlb. Took delivery with 4hrs. At 10hrs. I noticed a small hydro leak coming from the famous oval sight hole where you can see the front driveshaft going into the transmission. Leak was maybe 1oz. of fluid after several hours of heavy driving. Dealer had me check all the test plugs in the hst under the floorboard but no leaks. Since the leak was so small and I needed the machine, we waited till after county fair season for him to work on it. Under warranty he split the tractor, re installed all plugs in hst, reseated all banjo fittings, replaced any gaskets and seals that were suspect, and reassembled. He even resprayed with, kioti grey, all bolt heads and gasket edges. The tractor is garage kept, washed and waxed regularly and still looks that way after being in two pieces hanging from two gantries. The tractor is used to bush hog, snow blow and for loader and backhoe work. It is still young but has never let me down and I have not have any problem since.

LK3054. Pushing 800 hrs. Plowing snow, bush-hogging, tilling, various loader work, all the cool stuff you buy a tractor to do.

Have had no problems with it. If I had a complaint, it would be that it's a bit "rough"...controls could operate a little more smoothly, jerky 3PH. Does what I need it to do, plan on keeping it a long time.

I had an '04 CK25 with 1,188 trouble free hours. Then in '12, traded for a DK40SE with 196 hours this morning. The only problem so far...it's always low on fuel!

I own a 2006 DK45s (gear) with about 450 hours. This discontinued model has many differences from current SE models. I owned it since 2009. It's used mostly for mowing, some loader work, some grading. I had to clean/lube the key switch once and replace a 3-point strut that fell off (after losing the pin), somewhere. Otherwise just scheduled maintenance. It is one tough and heavy tractor. Negatives: sparse dealer network and older service manuals aren't the best (newer ones are better).

DS4110 has about 420 hours. With the exception of the ignition switch issues all the repairs needed have been self inflected. I have been very pleased with tractor. Use it for a wide range of tasks, not sure how I got by without it.

176 hours, 2013 manufacture date, took delivery end of May 2013 with one hour on the clock.
It's been a awesome tractor, I think we are finally going to get some significant snow so will be putting some time on it in heated comfort:thumbsup:

2013 CK35 HST about 60 hrs. Done everything I've asked of it and has handled my extra lights. I have some minor nits but think very highly of the tractor and Kioti.

Of course, not all Kioti hours are equal. Some (mostly newer, I think) hour meters measure actual elapsed time. Others (mostly older, I think) are actually revolution counters that only indicate true elapsed time at a certain high RPM (like 2500 RPM). For hydrostatic transmissions this doesn't make much difference. But for a gear tractor it can be a big difference, especially doing loader and grader work.

My 2012 ck-35 hst pump, failed (395 hours) after leaking much oil where your talking about!! My FEL mount the bolts that hold that on that go into the motor block all loosened or snapped off on both sides!!! Normal loader work snow removeal never over 500 pounds!!! Key broke off twice!! The pump warranteed but key only once!! The loader frame they refused to warranty!! The main wiring harness had to be replaced when tractor was new with 50 hours as they didn't use elctrode grease from factory had corrosion at all connections! ( no I'm not near salt water) my gauges stopped working that was my first sign!
Otherwise nice machine I just upgraded to the NX5510 kioti 2015

Be sure to check your loader and wheel bolts upon delivery, at 25 hours and every 50 hours after that until at least 150 hours.. The reason the bolts broke off on the loader is because you did not check them. It does not matter what brand, you have to constantly tighten these bolts for a while or they will snap off until. Many guys have had this problem. You wheel bolt holes will "egg" out if you don't tighten them too.

A lot of my hours (233 hours now) are sitting running a log splitter, blowing snow grading the driveway. Maybe 100 hours of backhoe and loader work at best. No problems...so far!

I just took in a 2004 CK20S with loader on trade from a golf course with 9,000 hours. That's right 9,000 hours. He said the engine blew so he wanted to trade it in. When he asked me how he should break the new tractor in i told him to do it the exact same way he broke in his CK20 and it will be just fine.
