How much $$$ for a pole barn or steel garage?

I am in the process of building a 30'x50' pole barn. I got prices from several outfits-decided to do it myself, with the help of some friends who have built their own. I am contracting out the concrete floor and the garage doors. I will have $19,000 in it-that's with 3 overhead doors-1 16x8, 2 9x8, 7 windows and 2 man doors and a 6" concrete floor.

The other option was buying the materials and having a reputable local contractor build it. I would have paid him $3500.
