How much is it worth?

Does anyone have an opinion on how much a 1984 Ford 1310, 4X4, with 770B loader might be worth. Have no ideas on hours. The meter only goes to 999.9 and I am sure it's on at least it's 2nd trip around. It does run, but the engine block has a small hole in the water jacket, presently sealed with JB Weld. Unlike the party I bought it from I will be completely up-front about this fact any any other discrepancies I know about with any prospective purchaser.

Thanks for the assistance Dan. The first step towards the CFO approving a new tractor purchase is getting rid of this one!
