How to post a picture?

This may sound stupid,but.........how do I copy a picture from my yahoo e-mail account and post it on this forum?
I tried to copy it by right clicking on my mouse,but it just copys the words.

You will first have to Save the attachment (picture) from your Yahoo! email, to your hard drive. Then post a new message here, and "attach" that file you just saved to your post.

Thank you David!! I do not normally play around with stuff like that, I just usally read and type,my son or wife were not awake yet and I usually ask them things like that,but I knew if I posted a question here it would not take long to get a reply.
