How to remove front wheel on agco/Simplicity tractor

I have a 1999 Agco Allis 1718H that has been repowered with a 21 horse Intek Plus. It has a snowblower and a cab that makes my winters bearable. Only problem is a slow leak in a front tire and I cannot budge the little allen set screw that holds on the collar on the axle. Any bright ideas?

Hi, I am new to this forum, but I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to remove the hub assembly on my 2002 Legacy. The right side broke, and we had it welded 2 years ago, but now I have the new part, can't get the round part of the hub off, the other part broke again, right at the weld, shocker. Any help would be nice.
