How to remove hydraulic pump from 1952 Case VAC?

Just how do you use a brush hog with out raising and lowering the unit.

Some finish mowers have 4 wheels and you simply pull it around, but a 2 bladed brush hog, perhaps you will tell us how you do it.

they been around.. drawbar pull.

tons o antiques didn't hav a 3pt lift.

when i bought my 5' KK hog years ago, you could assemble it as 3pt or DB pull/no lift.

That may be true, but does he have one.

he says he bought it to mow and pull a wagon.

we can only assune he has or is getting a pull mower.. or is torch/weld converting a 3pt'er to a pull style, and that he has a drawbar setup.

my vac has a drawbar/step plate aft and under the pto.. 1/2" plate..

What I am saying is that it would probably be better to purchase a new pump and fix the hyd system than to acquire another bush-hog.

Just saw that you did not have a 3pt at all. so forget about the hyd.
