Channel locks 1/4 turn counter clockwise. Loosen by hand from there. The cup will likely stick in the housing because the o ring is old and compressed. Don't forget new o ring when reinstalling. Leave the aluminum ring a little loose and turn ignition to prime fuel through the cup. The you can probably hand tightenI'm guessing the textured ring is unscrewed - is there a tool for this or do I just grab it with some channel-lock pliers?View attachment 712437
