I usually make a couple of revolutions by hand just to make sure nothing is in the cylinders. I have had more than once on stored engines a cyl with water, mouse nests, nuts you name it. The water is the bad one, if the engine hits on any of the other cyls it can bend or break a rod. Sounds like you have the rest covered, I would not sweat the old fuel in the injection lines/injectors as long as it is fuel and not water/crud it will be gone quickly. Have fun!
