Hello there.
Been lingering around here for a while, mostly re directed from other "search" results. I love machinery.welding and fabrication and building stuff that I can use!! It looks like there are a lot of knowledgable folks here to help out. Lately I've been interested in hydraulics. What a wonderful way to transmit power, (through a hose) but after building a log splitter over 30 yrs ago I learned the value of the math thats behind it. Thats where I need the help (sizing components etc.) For a few years I have been wanting to build a firewood prosessor and more recently a logging winch, (not necessaraly a hyd. winch) I'm trying to figure out the clutching assy.
PS I don't know jack about computers!!
