Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

Since the Navy has its own Army and Air Force, I think the Army should have its own Navy and Air Force.

To get back on track, Its been in the lower 60's so I took the front blower off and rear blade. Hooked up the box blade and fixed the 10 potholes we had. The snow is almost GONE!!! Spring is almost here.

I don't know about you guys the frost heaves are in full strength here! Well, I say full strength as they are pretty bad compared to years passed, but they seem to keep getting worse! Still have over 2 feet of snow on the ground in most places around the yard, and snowbanks over my head, too. But, spring is coming, we almost hit 60° earlier this week

Frost heaves are pretty bad, and the short warm up we had last week gave a heck of a preview of mud season; going to be a good one.

The frost here doesn't go down as far as I expected. It is only about 6" deep right now. I was it to be expecting at least 12".
We had a good snow cover on the ground before it got really cold and stayed covered through all of January and February. I guess that insulated the ground so the frost didn't go as deep as I thought it would.

Four to six inches is typical in snow protected areas. It is the plowed off areas exposed to the wind where it goes deep as much as six feet in the north.
