Well, out yesterday plowing the almost 2 feeet of snow we now have on the ground, the HST again wouldn't stop. Very similar conditions to the last time. Always worse in RII-rabbit and higher loads. I've now got the pressure of spring almost at max and am unwilling to add and even stronger spring.

Any new ideas?

Make sure the snow isn't building up under the other side of the foot pedal. The pedal won't return if it can't move.
My Bobcat has a tendency to keep going when cold. Just have to remember to tilt my foot back to stop the forward motion.

Buy a Kubota? :laughing: If you have the rpm up, then you can only stomp on the reverse pedal or just turn off the key and let the engine quickly stall.
