It has become all to common for us to think an image has been altered (sometimes rightly so given the environment of the Internet)


as a side bar...maybe some will find this series of tests amusing ...see how well you do in determining which images are real and which are hoaxes

Hoax Photo Test: Level One

I found the test very amusing, I've often wondered about some of the photos you see floating around the internet. I guess its like anything else, if it seems to fantastic to believe, it probably is. Even though you showed us that the moose photo wasn't a product of Photo Shop, it most likely wasn't what it was advertised as. Clever deception though it was. I don't think most people realize that Photo Shop isn't as easy as it may seem. It takes alot of skill to do a realistic job.
I scored nine out of ten on the test. I missed the one about Michael Jackson's nose.

Man tough audience here.... Depending on what one reads looks like it壮 50/50 on real vs. Not real, give or take a few points

I guess we値l never know for sure.
