This will be worse than the last one....
My 84 year old father-in-law lives in Mexico Beach. Last my wife talked to him, Tuesday night, he did not want to evacuate. Pretty sure his old single wide will not hold up to a cat 4. We have no idea if he left or not.
I will be getting supplies gathered the next few days so we can head that way when they open Hwy 98.
My prayers are with all impacted with this storm.
I have friends that live there and it is a disaster. Last I heard only 2 died. I have a friend I grew up with that deployed with the New Orleans Fire Department and they are in MB and Panama City. They have all the gear and know exactly what they are doing. They are partnered with Tyndal AFB and others.
I'm told El Governor collapsed and Toucan's is gone.

Mex Beach was flattened and wiped clean by the storm surge. I wish your FIL good luck.
No real problems in Live Oak area.
