hyd cooler hoses bulging - normal?

wow now this is funny, i just got my nh tc21da monday,
tuesday morning i go out to start it, and the two lines blew on the cooler, they come out and get it fixed, all was well, wed, morning i go out start it up, needing to move some snow, and right under the clutch pedal was a oil leak, another hose connection, i call the dealer and i was told that because of the cheap china hoses and the cold (the oil was thick) is why this is happening? so with only two hours of use, its had /needs two repairs...

I don't know how much room you guys have where these hoses are. But, If there is enough room has anyone used a metal elbow with short piece of straight hose on each end. That might stop the problem from developing again.

In essence, that's what the fix is from NH, except the new lines run back to the area of the filter.

completed mission...still not sure where the "conduit" goes (which is actually a piece of plastic wire loom/cover). I had to remove and reseat the filter, since I must have broke the seal getting the bolt there off and had a small leak.

It looks like the wire loom should go over the tubing that is closest to your battery (if it fits). Seems like it would protect it from the battery gases.

That's right, it covers the tube where it is near the battery.

I never put mine on because I couldn't figure it out, until I visited the NH parts site and there it was.

I still haven't installed mine since I replaced the OEM battery and posts are now in front.

My dealer does not seem to know about the kit that fixes the bulging hose problem.
