OK that type of fitting is called beadlock and can be had in steel as well. I have NO clue on what they are rated for, other than AC on older vehicles using R12. I know Merc used it for oil lines at times.

Easy to fix for me, just cut off the end and silver braze a common end on and crimp a new hose on it. Yes it should have an Oring on it.

I have conversion adapters for those, it will allow making standard hoses, measure the thread dia, TPI and pm me for more info.

I use female braze ons to make crimp hoses if clearance is an issue.

Grind the compression sleeve off, slide new sleeve on old fitting & press the new sleeve. Hydro shop should be able to do it.

Yes, it is called a beadlock fitting it should have had an o-ring for a seal.
They were used for a lot of lower pressure hydraulic lines years ago.
