You need to either replace the valve with a new one that has float or add an additional one with float. Not sure if you could add float to an OEM valve by changing out the spool in the valve or something, but I doubt it.
I got a nicer valve from Fit-Right (Bucher if i remember)as lots of people have complained about the cheaper ones like some of the Princes leaking a lot. Apparently your cylinder can end up moving several inches an hour or more due to the valve internal leakage & still be within spec. Takes a day or 2 to get noticeable droop. Lots of people also went to piloted check valves on their TnT cylinders to compensate for leaky valves & lost the ability to use float, even if the valve supported it.
