I'm 100% against you when criticizing Tom Corbett. He's still picking up Rendell's mess and trying to fulfill budget shortfalls. I am a strong supporter of Corbett.
If you recall, when he went after corruption in the legislature, he went after Republicans and Democrats equally (as Attorney General).
As far as pre-emption (the "boning" you refer to), with all the boroughs and townships in PA, there has to be some degree of standardization. We gun owners went through this lack of standardization with firearms a while back. Now, all firearms laws are strictly the province of the state legislature...good thing, works fairly well...but still work to do (currently being addressed in the legislature).
As far as property value loss...what loss are you describing? Have YOU suffered a property value loss? Do you know of any documented property value losses?
