Hydrolic control lever problem

Can anyone tell me if I got this wrong...
The control lever is new...
The tilt on the bucket works great...
The lifting arms don't move...Not even a smigen...
Setting in the seat the lever on you'r right tilts the bucket. The lever on the left lifts the arms, or was suppose to... I have one way clinders on the arms... So I got a control valve with float, so that I could let the arms back down...I put air pressure in the cly's to check them out and they seem to be good...I get no movement what so ever from the arms....The input hose is hooked up but you cant see it in the picture... Thanks for any help...

I think the “tee’s” on the SCV are getting you in trouble, try disconnecting the “lift tee”, and take the second “lift hose line” and tie to the front of the “lift SCV”, and disconnect the “loop hose” from the “front lift SCV” going to the “output tee”…

Looking at your SCV control, it appears you have a hose looped from the” lift side to the output tee” that doesn’t route that way…

You say you have single acting cylinders for the boom lift, which means you only have one hose connection on each cylinder and the other side of the cylinder should have an air vent, correct? Which means to raise the loader you need hyd. pressure. To lower the loader you just need to return the fluid from that side of the cylinder back to tank, and the weight of the loader will bring it down, which looking at the way you have it hooked up should work, provided you have the hoses connected to the lift side of the cylinders. I need to ask this question, did you try the lever in the opposite direction? Are the cylinders mounted with the rod side down or the rod side up? Which side of the cylinder is the hose hooked to, rod side or barrel side? Maybe post a few more pictures showing what hose goes where on the cylinders.
