Mine were stiff at first also, but I've noticed that it's starting to break in now. The pedal, the loader, everything seems to be working much smoother now. Right around 60 hrs

Thanks, that's good to know. Right now, the pedals are so hard to push that the cruise control is a "must"! My John Deere mower's are very soft compared to the LS tractor.
