Same size bar as I have on my MS441. Powers it well, you will like it.
Nice Saw I bet it starts good with the electronic fuel management. So Stihl is making a 25" single piece Scabard now. I want one for my MS660 I hate the stupid 2 piece its always coming apart on me. Its fine for the 36" bar but the 25" is the bar i use 80% of the time.

The guy had a a old extendable scabbard except he did not have the extension on it. I asked him if had a extension for it and he went in the back to get it and the other guy ran and got this one off a saw on the shelf. I don't know if I like it. When he put it on I noticed it had a cut in it. I thought it may have been made that way. Then when I got it home I realized it was not made like that. After putting it on off a few times it has got more battle scars. The chain gnaws away at it every time you put it on. I am not sure how it is going to hold up. I don't think it is made out of the same plastic as the old ones or either it is thinner.Awesome! And nice to see Stihl is finally including good scabbards !
Cngratulations. That Saw should give you many years of dependable service.
Nice saw! Wish Stihl would get rid of those lousy flippy caps!
How much that saw run Roger? Do you carry that on your Tractor?
What a beast! Its so much easier to cut when you don't have to bend over.
Thanks. This is my first flippy cap saw and I have only used them one time but I like them.

A tip I got from a logging professional was to go to the fire department and ask for decommissioned fire hose. Makes good scabbards in whatever length you need.
