Despite posting on other threads today, OP hasn't returned to this one to explain what type of device would be in use or if there is utility power at the distant end.

Completely off topic, but there's something visually pleasing about the bold colors in your signature. I like it.

I use one of the below to run between the shop and house. Actually stream all of our tv over it. No issues for the last year. It is setup window to window and not a long distance, probably about 70 feet.

What's the Harbor Freight band?

I was trying to think of a snappy comeback for that, but my wit fails me. :confused3:

The telephone guy here showed up with a DitchWitch to install another underground telephone line.

Just go rent one.

I have put in lots of wire and pvc pipe up to 2" with my subsoiler. Just pull it underground like a buried rope. There is surprisingly little friction. The front edge of the subsoiler foot must be beveled and sharp to slice neatly through grass and dirt.

Just some fyi, in the state's, network cable needs to be 12" in conduit by NEC code as all low voltage cables. Have had a major issue with Comcast not putting in their cable correctly. They keep saying 5" on private property is fine. The why must I have to follow codes if they dont?
