I don't mean to pound on this point, but the click is the key to knowing whether your problem is electrical or fuel delivery.

If you do have the power on system without the manual shut-off, the click would come from the engine compartment. The key switch doesn't make much noise when you turn it. The solenoid will make a definite click or clap from the engine compartment. If we can determine that, we will know whether it is electrical or fuel.

Just went out and the only click I'm hearing is the ignition switch itself and a faint glow plug.

Glow plug light is on and I can hear its faint click.

There is no "click" at the pump.

I'm sorry I am confusing some folks but I do appreciate the input.

Assuming that you have the power on fuel system, the click I was asking about is the fuel shut off solenoid pulling back allowing the fuel injector rack to open to the start position, allowing fuel to be pumped. If you don't hear the solenoid with a power on system, the rack is remaining shut and you won't get fuel to the engine.

With the older power off systems, you would hear the click from the same area 5 - 7 seconds after you turn off the engine, as the solenoid de-energized, or was no longer holding the rack in the shut off position. Power off systems where generally equipped with the manual shut-off knob that looks similar to the hazard knob, but directly below the start switch.

You need to call your dealer. From when you said you purchased the tractor, it would still be under warranty. Your dealer will know from the serial number for sure which system you have.

hope you get it started before the grass is up to your ears
good luck.

Ok I'm starting to get severely ticked off. I called my dealer first thing Monday morning and explained the situation. The guy tells me it sounds like a solenoid or fuse. I say fine what do we need to do about it and he proceeds to tell me if I can't get it running to let him know. HELLO! I'm calling now. I leave work early to double check the fuses etc. and call back saying the problem isn't the fuses. He proceeds to tell me he will call right back. I wait an hour and nothing occurs by this time they are closed. I call first thing this morning and he asks what is the problem again. I tell him again. He says well, try to crank it and push the loader handle hopefully it can lift the loader enough so I can try to load it on a trailer. I ask if there is something I can do without killing myself trying to load a tractor with a loader and box blade attached. At any rate I am less than 10 minutes from this dealer and no one even has offered to come by and take a look. Any time I have bought from this dealer they are more than happy to oblige. Sorry for the rant but at this point I'm frustrated with the tech support.

Ain't a tech support problem. That's a genuine dealer issue. From the sounds of it he figures he's already got most of your free money and there probably are not too many Kioti dealers around right? So he has your warranty work too (not that there's an enormous amount of money in that).

Keep us posted.

EDIT:
Does he have a computer at his shop with a connection to the internet? Maybe show him this thread and offer to let him do right by you?

Only 10 minutes away... Then ask the dealer if he'll give you a solenoid. Go pick it up and put it on yourself. Shouldn't be too bad a job.

Crappy dealer to treat you that way. But, it might just be less stressful to just do it yourself. If solenoid doesn't fix it, then insist that he come and get it.

So how does on get the loader off the ground if no power? But you can take the loader off and the boxblade, right?

Let me ask a few questions and add some points that may save some time, I hope...

No solenoid click when the key is turned on or off.
Does the engine crank normally, just doesn't fire?
Engine cranking, no fire, means no fuel.
Unfortunately there is also a relay involved besides the fuse and solenoid. The problem could also be the relay. Do you have a way to test the relay?
There is a procedure for testing the circuit including the relay. The dealer could walk you through the procedure.
Check all connections at the solenoid and the relay, especially the ground connections. They can be annoying.

I've busted my hydro filter off twice while brush hogging. When you bust off your hydro filter you lose all steering, HST motion, loader, and 3ph function. Each time I had the mower down and the loader bucket at tie-rod height. Each time I had to load the tractor onto my car hauler trailer with a come-a-long immediately since I work at a remote site and trailer in each day.

As I recall, you can lift the loader mechanically by jacking it up and then moving the loader joystick in all directions. Then go jack more, move lever, repeat until you're happy. It stays up which allows you to pull it up the ramps.

Not sure if the 3ph works the same way but you can drag it onto the trailer or dump the implement where it is. I always drug the mower up onto the deck.

Here's the thread with pics. Note that I used the truck's scissor jack to lift the loader.
