Idea for a Bridge deck?

The angle bracing in your second drawing, under the deck, is unnecessary. The bridge cannot fall toward either end because it will be pushing against land.

I believe the cross bracing is for restricting lateral movement (side-to-side). It’s a good idea to have that in place.

+1 , without knowing what beams are used, the lateral bracing should not be ignored

Those trusses will definitely need cross bracing for lateral support. Not sure if there is a good online program to load rate the truss

Looks good I would be putting a good preservative on that wood, I'm partial to used motor oil myself.

Motor oil is not the best thing to add to the creek
