Very cool machine! Enjoy it, it will be reliable for years to come. Here's another B6000 I saw for sale about 4 years ago.

Does the loader mount act as a hydraulic tank too? (look at last picture) /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I have a B6100 and thought it was small, until I was at the local Kubota dealer (well, if you consider 40 miles away "local"), and he had a B5100 sitting there. Now THAT was small. I don't know anything about it, other than it had "B5100" on the hood. Quite a bit smaller than mine. Neat little tractor.

The right upright on the loader frame is the hydraulic reservoir. It holds 5 quarts.

I looked at the one still on eBay with a BH, but it seems much more used and abused. The one I bought was closing a few days earlier, so I decided to for it. I'm glad I did, since the one on eBay is $6100, with over an hour left, and the reserve still not met... The one I bought was a "no reserve" and I got a chance to talk with the seller on the phone before bidding.

Mine has primarily been used to plow/move snow, and kept inside. So, even though it has quite a few hours, I'm sure, it still hasn't been "used and abused" on a construction site.

Mark, the tractor in your photos that you saw isnt a B6000.
well if it is then it has a different engine and therefore a different tranny. if you look youll notice that the exhaust is on the opposite side to that on Kents B6000. on a B6000 it is on the Right when sitting on the seat wheras on your pics its on the left. This is because the engine on a B6000 turns in the opposite direction to that on many other tractors. Hence the fact that the PTO turns CCW. Well thats my understanding anyway /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

My BX is no garden tractor! If anything it's a ag tractor with height challenged tires!
