We take, or used to, newspapers and fold them over hangers so pants wouldn't crease etc. I noticed the other day some of the newspapers hanging over my hangers are from the 1970s. I guess its time to recycle.

If your pants have bell bottoms then yes, it's time to recycle:)

We have 3 vehicles, a 2008 Yukon XL Denali, a 2003 Duramax crew cab and a 93 Sonoma. All 3 sit outside and all 5 tractors are in the shop or shed. Go figure, lol. Well except for the one sitting in the front yard with Christmas lights on it right now.

Here is our shop. I originally started leaving the 5055 in the high cube conex but that was a pain. Had this built in August and love it. It houses the tractors, welding and metal fab stuff along with the gym equipment. New tractor wouldn't fit in the conex so glad to have this. I'm getting a new 450 and my wife will get my 250 and they won't fit in the garage due to being to long so they will go in the shop also.

Pic from when it was under construction before concrete. Crews still working on it.

Brother came to town a couple weeks ago and took some pics with his drone which was pretty slick. Current tractor is sitting outside. It's being traded in in feb so it's fallen out of grace

I keep as much of my things as possible under cover but sometimes have to push some things out to make room. Stuff simply age better stored under cover in my opinion.

A little off subject but one of the most memorable days I can remember was finding an old house in the woods that had been insulated with newspapers dated from the early 1900's. I spent the day reading what was legeable and got a real kick out of the wording in the articles and sales adds.

Sweet set up, what's the reason for the open front on the barn?

Sweet set up, what's the reason for the open front on the barn?

Thanks. That's the place I usually park my trucks. Keeps them covered front about 11a on thru the sunny parts of the day. Increase the useful space inside the shop which is only 40x60x14. Total underroof is 52x84 so trying to maximize all the space we have

Ordering or buying a new trailer, most likely a hyd dovetail and will store it under the left side lean to to try to keep it nice

Looks like a very efficient plan.

I'm in the 'nothing outside' crew, as well. Everything is in a fully enclosed barn or garage.

Tractors, campers, equipment trailers - those are three of the things that I see outside all the time. Can't figure it out. My camper has been stored indoors since new - it was a showroom model, the first owner kept it in his enclosed shop and we store inside - and it looks brand new. No fading, no sun cracking on the 5 year old tires.

Dad says that if you leave things out 'Mother Nature takes them back'.

Money is too hard to get to give it away to the elements.
