Independent Pto and use of external ORC

i remember saying that it's easy to change a pto stub orc.. but don't recall saying the other?

IMHO.. if someone gets to list changing the pto orc as a difficulty.. others should also be able to say that it's not a hard job to do? right?

I'm the one that stated it is much easier to line up the implements PTO shaft with a ORC. And I still stand by that statement.
IMO it is a whole lot easier to turn the ORC shaft to hook up my implemts than it was to bar around cutters, mowers and tiller shafts to line up the splines.

Ahh.. I think jin got our comments confused.

I too have had to bar over mowers to connect. the 10' is doable with a large screwdriver.. the 15 ' is as well.. but.. if the wings are folded.. as they usually are, in transport mode.. it's darn near impossible to bar over the pto shaft on the cutter..
