Is there any safety switches left in this tractor? Maybe one under the seat? Almost looks like it's a safety switch acting up.

I'm also thing about how the delete was done but I don't think that unplugging the DPF controller would cause shut down issues. You would lose some of the gauges I believe.
No safety switch problems, doesn’t make any difference whether the ECU is plugged in or not. Pump and injectors are strictly mechanical

Does your fuel pump have an external lever for shutting off fuel in addition to the electric shutoff? On my 2400H you physically feel if the stop solenoid is pulled in to run vs dropped out to shut off. If yours is like this it provide a little insite on if solenoid is holding or dropping out.

It does also have a manual shutoff. It is located on the outside of the injection pump below the throttle connections on top. The solenoid shut off stopped working and I have a pull wire attached to the manual shut off.

Check to be sure fuel tank vent isn't clogged IE operate engine with shop towel covering fuel tank neck.
