Injector setting pressure

Hi All,
Can onyone please confirm what is the setting pressure for injectors on a perkins AD4.203 engine.

There is a DES# stamped into the body of the injector.. that tells the "rebuilder" what nozzle & opening pressure its supposed to be..
It located above the inlet on the injector around the curve.. post the # & I can tell you.. "normally" around 22-2500 psi..

He's right about it, you can "play around"' a bit from 2200 to 2500 no harm. I even saw some with more PSI without problems

If you have that "spraying" atomising result when testing PSi you are on the good way, you should get a nice even atomized spray when testing.
As long as you get around 2500 psi all good
