how many washers needed, when changing nozzles on YM2500 (3T80 eng). I think, one copper and one fiber(nylon). Is it necessary to change copper washer(seal) on the pre combustion thing? If so, how do you do it? just tap it out, from piston side? I hesitate to 'tap' on anything close to head!! thx.

There is one under the front pre combustion chamber (copper) you have to drive it out from the piston side. There is one (copper) under the rear pre combustion chamber and there is an insulation washer on top of the rear pre combustion chamber.

Thanks. Danny. Is it necessary to remove and replace the copper one in the rear pre combustion area? tried to remove with pick device, and no luck. think I will leave it alone and replace the insulating fiber type washers. what do you think?
