Not sure how you concluded that I had a "Kubota specific problem".
My effort was simply to point out that there is also a great aftermarket step that is made for the Kubota.
And you took offense at that bit of information.
I saw the subject as being about aftermarket steps.
You apparently had a very myopic aftermarket step opinion.

I know nothing about "Mark Beryl's product", but incidentally, posts #35 and #37 certainly do not appear to be from "another happy customer"!

And continuing the obtuse, or very dense line. Keep on keeping on.

I thought the #35 & #37 poster bought a backhoe quick attach.
How is that relevant to a "bolt-on tractor step"?

Lol, same way a kubota specific PRODUCT, is relevant to a discussion about Massey Fergusons..lol

Simpletons gonna simple.

@GeneV, if I understood you correctly, you bought a quick change, were unhappy with it, returned it and got a refund?

I’m curious as to how the CS sucked? (Legitimately asking for detail)

I find your insults interesting!
Keep 'em coming.

Sorry you were unhappy with your product that was a custom product. We offered a refund and gave you a full refund.

Here are just a few of our hundreds of customer’s feedback. (We have 5,347 positive feedback on Ebay and No neg or neutral feedbacks.)...
You know what, believe it or not but I'm not looking to specifically bash your goods or anything. But with all the lovefest being exhibited here, I just felt obligated to provide some pushback.

What do I care about all the other positive reviews? My experience with you was NOT positive, and it wasn't for lack of trying on my part. I got a full refund only because Paypal stepped in. Or do you not remember your demand that to get a refund, you were wanting me to physically destroy that plate with a sawzall and then send you pics of the destruction? So ridiculous. Even then I was still trying to work with you, offered to keep the part at reduced price if you didn't want it back, modify it myself to make it work. I gave you every opportunity to make it right, which you refused to.

You send me a jacked-up product, totally wasted my time, refused to work with me to make it right, and then gave me a giant hassle on the return/refund. With not one "sorry Gene" about any of that. Messed up.

Seems as though there would be no reason to doubt that report.

I tried to save you money by offering for you to destroy the custom product so you would not have to pay shipping back to me.

You did not want to do that then you would not ship my products back to get a refund.

PayPal forced you to ship it back to me and I gave you a full refund.

It goes to show you can not make everyone happy even giving a full refund on a custom product.

We have only ever had one product returned to us. Your product and we gave a full refund the day we received it back.

Interesting response!

Absolutely is, maybe even reason to doubt the above, lol.

I know nothing of GF, except I gave him money and he provided an excellent product that did exactly what was advertised. As far as Customer service, I called him, he answered and the problem was solved. I hooked him up with my dealer and they are happy to carry his products.

Not a love fest, just actual experience and facts.

As far as Genes issue, maybe I’m more laid back, but the request to cut it up, to save on shipping seems reasonable.....shrugs, who knows.
