apparently the presence is very small, we are still running the vehicle even though every oil analysis comes back as having a PRESENCE of coolant in the oil.
I've gotten to the point where I think of UOA is just a waste of time, unless its in connection with another problem.
Try a different lab?
Some of the newer oils are using sodium compounds as part of the additive package. Suppose they might have misread something like that?

Quite a bit of noise there these days but someone might be able to help.
UOA's are great for wear trending and to check on the continued usability of the lubricant. Not so great for comparing one engine to another or even one oil to another...
