International B414 Orifice Filter Jammed

I know this is several years old, but I have the same issue with my gas B414. I plan to try the "screw into the opening" method, but, given it didn't work for the OP, I wanted to see if there are any other ideas, suggestions short of taking it to a mechanic or dealership?
