Disclaimer: I have not needed a dealer for warranty work to-date.
However, in this part of the country, there are plenty of Kubota dealers. I might have to take the tractor a few miles on down the road, but I simply won't do business of any kind (warranty, parts, service) with a dealership that has an attitude problem because I didn't buy my tractor from them. I went to one very large Kubota dealership when tractor shopping (one of top 10 in sales in US) and was treated poorly as a potential customer. They had a huge supply of tractors - I didn't even ask for a quote from them. I'd be the same way seeking a dealer for service - if the initial impression is they aren't interested in me as a customer, then I am not interested in them either!
