Is It Possible? : To Put Cab / Flasher Lights ON Designated Switch

Do you want me to make yo a plug and play harness that you do not have to doo any cutting. Would not be hard. I would just make some pigtails and a connector. With the switch it would only cost about 40 bucks...

I might be interested. How about a group purchase?

yeah.. I would be interested too.... so do you think the switch is the handicapping factor? If it takes just plugging in a new switch I would be interested.

Does anybody know if the 5000 Series tractors have a more capable switch in them?

My 5203 is not.

I will make one or two and post what parts are need, but I do not have the time to make many of these. If interest is here. i will do it, but it will take a bit due to hunting season and the holidays.

Come on, it will give you something to do while you're sitting in that deer blind and give you an excuse to avoid having to go Christmas shopping. It's a win win.:D

I looked at it again today for 15 minutes. I think I can do it all much easier right at the swtch. A few simple jumpers and it might be done. But, I need to get out to the blind in 15 minutes... So.... I will try.

I would also be interested too. I was not aware of the issue, but I do seem to remember having a lot of light flashed back on me when I turned everything on with the loader on. But that was before I busted my lower window taking the loader off on a flexing surface, without using the proper protection "horse matt" :D

I've also thought about doing corner strobes under the flasher lenses of the cab.. I've seen it done you youtube. They show a 3720 Cab tractor with corner strobes... Looks really cool. I wish I knew how to do this, I would...
This one ?

YouTube - John Deere

Wouldn't be all that difficult. Looks like he did it to his pickup truck also.

I am very interested....Dont take this the wrong way, I'm more then happy to buy one from you, BUT...If you dont feel like making them all yourself, why dont you just describe/explain/list sources for the parts and we can all build them ourselves using your "instruction manual"...

Its not that bad during the summer because by the time its dark enough to warrant lighting, the tractor is usually parked and so is my rear end. Now that it gets dark at 4:00 here...lights are constantly used...especially with the white stuff on the way.
