At risk of beating a dead horse, I almost feel obligated to post these close-ups for a few of the guys that think I am a nut-job. Perfect is not what I am after here, strong, good looking, and free of corrosion trapping holes is all I need. Do these meet the criteria? I've got lots more pictures if needed.

Nice photos. Since it appears neither Kubota nor the Kubota Dealer is responding or trying to correct the problem I would send copies of the photos to the Fraud Section of your States Atorneys Generals Office along with a letter explaining your efforts to date on trying to get the problem corrected. I would also send copies of the photos and the letter to the local Better Business Bureau in your home city and Kubota. My personal opinion from looking at the photos is that your Dealer and Kubota would have a hard time defending the loader as being new and in pristine condition at time of sale. They would also have a hard time defending a claim for denying warranty adjustment to the Attorney Generals Office. If you decide to send letters be sure and send then at least certified mail so you will have written documentation. A lot of people have memory problems when it comes to what was received or not received. Also another avenue to explore is a civil suit. Most states have a cap on the dollar amount an individual can file for without an attorney. Call your local court system they will explain the cap if any and how to file the suit.

My dealer is working on this and I have have asked how I can assist in the process. Hopefully action will be swift and we can all move on! I need a loader right now to clear my driveway and am not using mine because of this issue.
...

Yes, my dealer is working on this with Kubota, I see no need for any legal action at this time. I think perhaps, that this loader is so far from the norm, that no one believed me. I really had no intentions of making a big deal out of this, unfortunately it has become one on this site. I learned long ago to address a customer complaint quickly, regardless of the severity of the issue, an unhappy customer who is heard immediately (and in person if possible) and offered solutions, can often times be satisfied.

I waxed one of my tractors before I put it away the first year I owned it and that was it. The only time my tractors get washed is if my neighbor borrows one (he always cleans them up better then they were new). I use my tractors like a tool and while I don't abuse them I don't baby them either. Having said that, I would not be happy with that type of welding job on any new piece of equipment or used piece. All I can figure is this was a new guys first day with the welder and Kubota or whoever builds the loaders for Kubota just told him to have fun. I would have thought Kubota's quality control would have caught that mess and scrapped it.

I have no idea how well these welds will hold up but I know they don't make you feel confident and I would be worried about them breaking after warranty is over.

Sorry for the problems with the new machine Bandaman. I hope you get them resolved. To me it is a no brainer. How do you show off your new machine when it look's like that? My new B-26 did not have any issues like that, maybe I was lucky. I'm not sure if any of the guy's who dissagree with you have a new machine like your's, but if they do ask them if they would be willing to trade loaders.

Bandaman, thanks for the newest photos. They show the welds alot better than the first group. I agree the welds are bad enough that they should get you a new loader. I would think if you got the correct person to look at it from Kubota, they should send you a new one. I looked at mine, on a BX 2350, and it look better than yours by a mile. There are some places that are a little sloopy, but nothing like yours. Both my loader and tractor were made in Georgia.
