If the Dealer isn't too far away drive there and check out other loaders in the yard. If there all fine hands down yours is defective. If they are all like yours I guess you'll have to live with it. I would be very surprised if that was the case.Waxman, you nailed it......
Nobody cares anymore and I'm sick of it....I could go into a long rant about this on about a thousand different topics, but a few off the top of my head is that I do care about the welds on my new very expensive yard toy, I care about having scratches on my brand new wheels that busted my *** at work all these years to pay for, I care about making my house payment and not buying more then I can afford and wait for a bail out, I care about the way my truck looks going down the road and the way my lawn stripes, and how my tools are lined up above my workbench, I care about my customers, I care about the quality of my work and I refuse to put out an inferior product....I expect the same in return and I didn't get it.
I have not gotten a response to the last e-mail I sent to my dealer over 24 hrs ago.
A simple "I working on it" would do.......
maybe he doesn't care either and hopes I just go away......
There are other dealers on this site I wonder why they are not given you their view on your welds. To me the welds are a big deal the rims can be touched up and is secondary. There is not much that can be done about the welds other then replacement.
I wouldn't wait for the dealer he dosen't care either and I'm telling you he also won't care about swaping it out. Most people won't even know a good weld from a bad weld.
Even better show up with your loader off and say I want to exchange with this one over here. If your waiting for them to pick up the tractor that might be the sticking point.
