Kioti ck3510se
My ck3510se will not spin tires in low range when pushing against something where traction is not loose . It does this in both directions. At 2000 rpm it just bypasses and won't stall .

All I can tell you is my Bobcat (similar to yours) will either spin or bog down and kill itself. I know that's not what you want to hear. There may be a way to adjust the bypass.
Hope this helps

Granted my Kioti is a 2004 CK30hst, 30hp, with R4 tires but in low range 4wd, it will spin the tires on pavement or if the tires grip well enough, stall the engine. I think it's time for the dealer to check some pressures.

Why are you making this "test" with multiple variables? I can't discern the goal.

Do you have the appropriate weight/width implements? Will your Kioti draw implements through dirt with no wheel slip or mild wheel slip?

Some of the variables between individual Kioti CK3510s:

HST vs gear transmission.

Variation in tire patch area. Variation in tire grip due to tread design. Variation in tire inflation. Variation in tread sharpness.

BALLAST: Air inflated tires, "loaded" tires, tires with wheel weights, tires bearing implement weight via Three Point Hitch. Loaded tires + wheel weights + implement weight via Three Point Hitch.

Engine power output varies with engine revs and altitude.
CK3510 develops rated horsepower at 2,600 rpm at sea level. At 2,000 rpm 35-horsepower engine may produce 28-horsepower. (?)

Loader or no Loader. (1,100 pounds)

This is probably intentional, to prevent overload damage. Damage could be to the tractor or to the operator.

My NH TC45DA wouldn't spin either, My little Massey will spin though.. I think the pressure is out of whack when a hydro wont spin..

Dealer sent a video I made to kioti . Hope I get an answer soon . It's been like that since I bought it , now 81 hours on it later . A bit frustrating when a tractor only works at 75 or 80 percent . I'm afraid to hitch up the wood trailer fear of getting stuck.

Saw this once, when the operator didn’t know how to work an HST transmission peddle. If it’s used like an accelerator peddle it’ll do what you experience.

I'm not making a test . I'm asking a question
Yes I have a loader, loaded ties and a lite duty blade on the back . I'm doing loader work. Trying to build a driveway. It seems the whole system has limited pressure. Loader and hydro . I had a rear tire between 2 roots yesterday and could not get the tires to turn to get out. Even the loader was bypassing. I just barely got out .

Yes you are right. But I had a massey Ferguson gc hydro for 6 years prior to this one . Never refused spinning the tires . Mind you it was a much lighter tractor.

Doesn't sound right. Might be apples to oranges but my dk4510 gear drive will pull it's guts out

Can you post your video here? The video would be more comprehensive than your short posts, which are individually opaque. Paragraphing would improve clarity.

I speculate Nova Scotia soils are pretty tough. Do you have a digging toothbar attached to the bucket?

yes I have a tooth bar . I have no clue how to post a video here or pictures.

Are you pressing the pedal fully or partially?

i think it should be able to spin in 2wd until it bogs the motor down unless it is extremely over loaded and the relief is trying to kick in. When is the last time the tractor has been serviced. It could be a hydraulic filter that needs to be replaced or some linkage needs to be adjusted. Also hydro transmission build up a lot of heat so I would check the hydraulic oil cooler if equipped and make sure it’s not stopped up with dirt or grass it’s is in front of the radiator like some models.

Tractor is still new from March . Motor does not bog down much goes in to relief. It does the same when cold and coolers are clean . I changed the motor oil and filter at 55 hours and it made a big difference in engine noise and is much better on fuel since.

It was working like that from day one .

I would see if anyone close to you has about the same model and ask if theirs does the same or check with the dealership and see if it’s normal since it is still new. It should still have plenty of warranty and shouldn’t cost anything for them to adjust the linkage or relief on it. It should spin or bog down and die and from what you have said the relief kicks in before either can happen.

Interesting, I’d expect regardless of hydro or gear that a tractor would spin tires or stall depending on situation. Or at least load the motor up big time before bypass. As stated above, anything else would severely limit the machine’s ability to work. Regardless, to be stuck in between roots seems to indicate a pressure issue for sure. And sounds like not just hydro. Hydro is its own pump and bypass? Good luck getting sorted.

Thanks for your input and suggestions
I will report back what the Dealer gets back from kioti after seeing the video.
