I'm guessing it was over tight because it was crooked, and assembler tried to seat it.KJM said:Wow. That's the kind of machining there is just no excuse for! Hope this is the end of the problems - have you checked the rest of the block & machining? Be a PITA to get it back and discover this was only 1 of n crooked surfaces!

Looked it over very carefully no other crooked fittings or plugs.
I hope no more problems also Kevin.. Got it back from shop,($40.00) looks good now. All back together and just finished playing and then washed it, working fine, no more leaks evident --at this time--- Hey with the leaks ( behind me) and all, this is still one heavy duty little hoe at a price thats hard to beat..
