I'm not really an OSHA kinda guy... but Volfandt... with respect... that setup looks like a friggin nightmare waiting to happen...
Glad it works for you.

LOL yeah, I've heard that before. Although it appears the weight seems to be hanging off of the front end, it's actually sturdier than it appears and try as one might you'll have to be a very strong individual to manually get it off that perch. I've rolled it around the shop for well over 3 yrs now without any incidents yet. Course a small pebble can bring the entire works to an abrupt stop so one has to excercise extreme caution when moving a nearly 800lb implement about on 4 heavy duty casters. The BH is on that dollie more so than it's mounted on the tractor.that setup looks like a friggin nightmare waiting to happen...
Thanks for the info I'll see if I can find his ad.I was talking to a guy in that end of the province and he was about $300 more , but only one tax so might work out about the same.Northland said:here are some prices in Canadian $ from a guy near Sarnia who sells Kubotas in the heavy equipment trader and his own web site

Thanks again
That's interesting- that's the same guy I was talking to, but last week he quoted me $6900 for the BH70X and $7700 for the BH75.Did you get your price recently? He gets them out of the U.S. so the exchange rate at any particular time might be an issue, or maybe he just likes you better than me.Northland said:here you go Fjord- Twin Acres Equipment. He only charges GST on some of his stuff. I was going to buy a B7610 or B7800 from him but I ended up buying a new B7800 from a Michigan Kubota dealer 20 miles south of me.

I just looked at my bill and I paid my BH75 8500$ (installed) two years ago when the B3030 was released. 7800$ installed is quite a good price compared to me. Too bad my dealer is very stubborn and refuses to deal whatsoever. It's a pity, I like to deal when buying or selling stuff, it's part of the fun. He doesn't sell Woods implements. BH70x and BH80x seem to be pretty nice backhoes.Fjord said:That's interesting- that's the same guy I was talking to, but last week he quoted me $6900 for the BH70X and $7700 for the BH75.Did you get your price recently?
