I don’t know. I’ve got plenty of exposure to wet clutch designs, and they shouldn’t have such friction, and plate chatter as shown in the video, when they’re not engaged.I don't have a drawing, but I have worked with these, taken them apart, examined, and know that the sound is normal when the PTO isn't under load. There are steel plates with tabs and friction disks between them. The tabs are what is making the noise. When under load, the steel plates do not move.
