Hi Team,
Downunder in New Zealand.
We have just picked up this little honey for a friend who was struggling with a lifestyle block herself witha few horses and cattle. She has a number of the large round silage bales. The main purpose for this tractor is to lift and feed out the larger size round silage bales, with silage forks. The bales are around 800kg.
Anyways, this tractor has an old Pearson FEL on it. All seals and rams been replaced prior to purchase, and can see where they have been dissasembled - so believe to be correct, and no external leaks on them at all. I can't hear any pypassing insde the rams, and its not that 1 is working well and the other isnt, and its binding.
I don't have a manual for it, and i'm struggling to find anything online to view ( but i'm not good with this sort of thing ).
However it won't lift the bale more than a coupe inches off the ground.
I have tried with not having the 3pt linkage at full up, incase its bypassing the pressure in pump - but no different when at half height.
Is there any relief valves anywhere in the system I can check to see if its bypassing, or is there any adjustment anywhere that I can give more pressure?
The complete tractor has been serviced about 50hrs ago with all fluids changed so not certain the oil is too old and thin.
Or is this just a sign the pump is weak and needs a rebuild?
Can any one advise where to download a manual? We need to know all the levers on left side of seat, for creeper gear, high / low and 4wd lever positions.
Thanks in advance.
