Hey All,
I am looking at installing a block heater in my Iseki TA357. It has a 4JE1 Isuzu engine in it. The "E" designation seems to be unique to my Iseki although I believe, at least as far as the block is concerned, that the configuration is the same as other 4J models such as the 4JD1 used in the Iseki built 1100 series Massey's as well a host of other industrial applications.
The reason I am mentioning this is because I am seeing 2 different styles of block heater being sold for the 4JD1 engine, one with a straight element and another with a bent or "L" shaped element. With this in mind I'm wondering if anyone has installed a block heater in one of these 4J series engines or knows for certain which style I should use.
Thanks,
Gerald.
