Weld on bucket hooks would be a nice addition to your list. A typical installation is to weld 2x3 angle across the back of the bucket and weld on three hooks, the center hook straight and the outside ones at a 45 degree angle. They make special weld on hooks so you don't have to grind off the eye. I use them so often I couldn't imagine the BX with out them.

BX23 T.L.B. $14,999
RIM Guard $125
Tooth bar w/installed $299
Rear Light $68
50 Hour Service package $100 (not sure if I can do better)
High Cap Alt Kit $175 (not sure if I'm going to buy this)

)</font>

Sounds like at least money is not an issue, so why skimp out on some important add on's ? the alternator being one, so if it takes a few hours to do yourself what are you saving if they only charge $175 ?? I think for the most part it will take more than a few hours for the alternator and rear light when you want a neat and clean wiring job....

Absolutly...forgot to mention those! Cheap and very, very useful. I had one put on the BH bucket, too, for convenience.

BTW, Jim. I wouldn't worry about the extended warranty. In most cases, such things just don't pay out.

This price for the hooks is a little crazy! I bought three 10,000lb capacity tow hooks for a 4X4 pickup, drilled 6 holes in the bucket and fastened with stainless steel hardware. Hooks are chrome and cost 7.50 a piece at TSC. 10 minutes with drill and the job is complete. No grinding, welding, or painting on my brand new tractor /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

My dealer loaded both sets of my tires with rim guard for free and the second set of tires and wheels were only $265. I would pass on the Alternator unless your adding a bunch of lights and accessories.

The other prices sound good, especially the front blade. I thought it was around $2000 for the blade and the quick hitch to mount it.

I checked the other day for the same blade, my dealer quoted me 1625.00 installed of course. You can not use the MMM when you have this on as it attaches to the same mount as the front of the mower does.

I really want one of those blades. The mount will also hold the snow blower and the broom............
